Custom Insert Design Service

With our custom insert design service, our group of designers can create the perfect insert for your Podia tabletop display. Browse through our actual customer layouts for ideas or search through Adobe stock images, which we price at $4 per image for the license. You also have the option to send us your own images, such as your logo, body copy, and headlines. You may also request our high end, full-service graphic design and photography services for Podia inserts. If you are interested in this, contact us with your ideas/needs and we will send you a project estimate based on an hourly fee. Not only is the insert customizable but so is the display itself – ask us more about customized Podia Displays.

We charge $25 per insert design for a standard project, which is a one-sided, two column 8.5” x 11” standard paper (folded lengthwise). This price does include one revision but does not include our graphic design service. We ask that you give us 2-3 business days for the first design draft after we receive your requirements. Then, after the first free revision, subsequent changes are $10 each. When you approve of our design, we will send it to you via email to print locally or we can print it for you. Same day shipping is available depending on the day and time.

Make your own Podia Display Insert

Podia Image Capsule Inserts can be created using Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, or Microsoft Word. For Adobe, create a standard letter size layout using the top, bottom, and side margins set at .25” with a .5” center margin. Full bleed images can be set on 11” by 17” paper with trimming to crop marks set at 8.5” by 11”. For Microsoft Word you will need to go into the page layout to create custom margins at .25” with a .5” center margin. You can find more information on creating an Insert using Word in our Learn section.

For our Podia Insert Templates we offer standard templates and calendar templates in a downloadable PDF format as well. To download a template, click on the image itself and open it in the design program of your choice. For calendars, we offer five different templates. The background has the option to be a custom picture at your request. Make sure when you are printing that you have set the orientation to Portrait.
